The dashboards below were constructed for an investigation into the Economics of Crime in the Spring of 2026.

​

Each project investigated a specific form of illicit behavior, using government compiled databases to create interactive Tableau dashboards. Accompanying defense papers provide the academic foundation for all visuals.

​

Through the visualization of trends in crime, causal factors and potential avenues for crime mitigation may be better understood.

HUMAN TRAFFICKING, 
INTERNATIONAL TRENDS

This dashboard visualizes global trends in human trafficking using data from the Counter Trafficking Data Collective. ​

This dashboard visualizes trends in global terrorism based on data from the Global Terrorism Database. In particular, it examines geographic associations and attack type.

This dashboard visualizes long-term crime trends in the United States based on data from the FBI. In particular, it compares violent versus property crime on a state level.
